Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- Institution: Refers to “Al Oraibi Electrical & Logistics Services”.
- Service Applicant / Client: Any individual or entity requesting services from the institution.
- Services: Includes all services provided by the institution.
2. Prices, Payment, and Settlement
- Prices are determined based on the type and nature of the requested service.
- The price must be agreed upon with the service applicant prior to the commencement of service execution.
- Any additions or changes made by the service applicant to the services may incur additional charges.
- Payment terms are determined in advance, and the service applicant must adhere to the specified payment deadlines.
- The institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of unjustified payment delays.
- If the service cannot be performed by the institution after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded, unless partial service execution has already commenced.
- No refunds will be made after the service has commenced, except in cases where the inability to perform the service is due to the institution.
- If the service cannot be executed due to circumstances related to the service applicant or a third party, additional fees may be charged to cover the time and expenses incurred.
- Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or as otherwise agreed.
3. Appointments and Delays
- The institution is committed to setting a suitable appointment for executing the service, and the service applicant must adhere to the specified time.
- In the event of a delay due to reasons beyond the institution’s control, the service applicant shall be informed immediately.
- If the service applicant wishes to cancel or postpone the service, they must notify the institution at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply in certain cases.
4. Warranty and Maintenance
- Sold products are subject to the authorized agent's warranty according to their warranty terms. The warranty does not include dismantling the product, transporting it to the agent, or reinstalling it at the service applicant’s premises; such services are considered additional and charged separately upon request.
- A periodic maintenance warranty service can be included upon agreement.
- The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse of the services or products by the service applicant.
- The warranty will be void if a third party interferes with the services or products provided by the institution, causing damage.
- Proof of warranty must be presented when requesting maintenance or any service covered by the warranty.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
- The institution is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information and data of its clients and service applicants and shall not share it with any third party without their consent, unless required by law or in service-related emergency cases.
6. Intellectual Property
- The institution retains the intellectual property rights for all designs, documents, and content provided to its clients unless otherwise agreed.

- Use of any of the institution’s content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior authorization from the institution is prohibited.
7. Force Majeure
- The institution shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the execution of services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, governmental decisions, or other similar circumstances.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising therefrom shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
9. Communication and Technical Support
- The institution is committed to providing clear communication channels for customer service. Clients can contact us via phone calls or WhatsApp messaging, or Email.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- The institution reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the institution’s services after any amendment constitutes explicit acceptance of the modifications.
- The amendments shall become effective from the date of their publication on the website, and such amendments shall not apply to contracts concluded prior to the amendment.
